As early fall arrived in the Charlotte area, the Boehner family celebrated a new chapter with a relaxed and joy-filled family session designed to feel timeless in their new home. Having recently moved from Florida, they wanted images that could be framed and enjoyed all year long—something clean, crisp, and full of connection.

The next step is to secure your session date based on your requests and my availability. During busy months, weekend dates can book up months in advance, so planning early is key!
Once booked, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with a Family Session Prep Guide and I will review your completed booking questionnaire to help us focus on the moments that matter most—styling your session based on your outfits and location/background really set the tone for the overall images.
2. Book Your Session and Let's Start Planning!
We start planning and preparing early to make sure your session is everything you’re dreaming of. I’ll guide you every step of the way—including helping you choose the best location—while you share your styling choices so we’re all on the same page.
I’m here to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure you feel supported throughout the entire process. And yes, I will absolutely help you decide which outfits look best—just don’t wait until the night before!

3. Have questions as you prepare?
The big day is finally here—your family session! You’ll receive a full final details email from me ahead of time with everything to remember for the day, so make sure to read it in advance to help everything flow smoothly.
During your session, we’ll move at a relaxed pace, making sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying themselves. I’ll guide your family, help with posing, and keep things light and natural so you can focus on each other.

4. Session Day
Within 3–5 business days of your session, you’ll receive an emailed Proof Gallery of lightly edited images, giving you the chance to select your favorites before I complete the final professional edits.
Your fully edited Final Gallery will be ready within 7–10 business days, capturing the genuine connections, joy, and love from your family session in a timeless way.
If you’ve ordered prints, albums, or custom artwork, these will be delivered within 30 days, giving you beautiful keepsakes to treasure for a lifetime.

Family sessions are offered at an all-inclusive rate, so you never have to worry about surprise costs. A standard studio or local session with your immediate family begins at $450 and includes fully edited digital images.
If you’d like to photograph extended family members or choose a unique location, those options can be added during the pre-booking process to customize your session and bring your specific vision to life——whether that’s a relaxed family session with just your household at a private or semi-private venue, or a larger family gathering that brings everyone together.
